If you ask me for the valuation of a home you already own, I will ask questions to determine what you have done to the house since you have owned it. If you are a buyer, I'll ask you about where you would like to live, how much you would like to spend, and what you want in your home in terms of number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, and amenities.
Based on my nine years as a lender, I can recommend a lender for you. Based on my three years as a real estate appraiser, I can explain how the value of a home is determined. I completed over 1,200 appraisal assignments.
Based on my 31 years as a Realtor, and the over 1,800 clients I have served and over 2,300 closed transactions, I will explore what is important to you in a home and then try to help you find it.
I work Monday through Saturday, days and some evenings. Most of my appointments are set to match your schedule. I do not work on Sundays.

I have been married almost 47 years, and have two adult children and five grandchildren. My wife, myself, and my son and his family all attend Awaken Church in Meridian, Idaho.
